Director of Client Services & Operations
MR. MICHAEL BANKS is the Director of Client Services & Director of Operations who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Absolute Law Group. He maintains healthy business relationships with clients, ensuring that the firm’s clients obtain the highest-level of quality services. He also provides oversight of the financial management of the firm as to free the legal team so that they are able to fully focus on the tasks at hand for every existing client under the direct supervision of attorneys Ryan Streckfus, Freddie Vega, and John Oh, who are senior attorneys with Absolute Law Group.
Mr. Banks is responsible for communicating with clients, creating strong community and client relations, as well as helping the firm improve client satisfaction levels. He also assists with the Initial Intake Department in order to acquire the facts and information that outline the firm’s areas of expertise and services that can be offered to potential clients. Mr. Banks is a passionate person as it relates to helping people find the right fit in connection with their legal situations while operating as a solutions-based liaison.
Mr. Banks also promotes the highest level of integrity while dealing in truth and honesty in order to help Absolute Law Group’s potential and existing clients with their current needs and concerns. He is also self-motivated and a highly conscious leader with a proven ability to listen, learn, and execute
