- Successfully overturned temporary restraining order on appeal (Green v. Negrette, 2007 WL 1697008 (Cal.App. 4 Dist.)).
- Successfully defended seller of $9,000,000 apartment building in arbitration against buyer’s claims for breach of contract and promissory fraud.
- Successfully negotiated settlement of partnership dispute and computer fraud case on behalf of minority partner against majority partners.
- Successfully negotiated numerous settlements in employment discrimination and wage and hour dispute cases.
- Successfully negotiated settlements in breach of warranty habitability cases.
- Successfully negotiated settlement against insurance company for breach of businessowners insurance policy insuring against theft.
- Successfully negotiated settlement with Fortune 500 national bank over claims of bank’s involvement of plaintiff’s identity theft in medicare fraud conspiracy.
- Represented shareholders and church elders in separate petitions to determine validity of appointment of directors pursuant to the Corporations Code.
- Successfully negotiated settlement of adversary complaint for nondischargeability for approximately 10% of state court judgment amount.
- Successfully negotiated settlement of adversary complaint for nondischargeability requesting $850,000 in damages for less than 5% requested.
- Successfully represented Korean market chain against numerous wage and hour claims, including complete dismissal of claims.
